Listing & billing policy.

1. Founding vendors are free for life

The first fifty vendors listed on VendorCLT are free permanently. This does not expire, does not convert to a paid plan, and is not affected by any future price change. If you are one of the first fifty, your page carries a Founding Vendor mark and you will never be asked to pay for it.

2. Everyone after the first fifty

Vendor fifty-one onward: your first month is free. After that, a listing is $10 per month.

3. We never auto-bill

We do not store your card. There is no subscription running in the background and nothing can be charged to you without you actively paying.

  • When your free month ends, we email you.
  • If we don't hear back, we follow up.
  • If no payment is received within thirty days of that first email, your listing is removed from the directory.
  • Nothing is charged. Nothing goes to collections. The listing simply comes down.

Plainly: the worst thing that happens if you stop paying is that your page disappears. You will never get a surprise charge from VendorCLT.

4. Coming back

A removed listing can be restored at any time by getting in touch. We keep your page for ninety days after removal, so if you come back within that window nothing has to be rebuilt.

5. Removing your listing

Email hello@jahive.com and your listing comes down the same day. You don't need to give a reason and nobody will call you to talk you out of it. This applies whether you are a founding vendor or a paying one.

6. Corrections

Some listings were created from publicly available information — business name, category, where you sell, and a link to your own website or Instagram. If anything on your page is wrong, or you'd rather not be listed at all, email hello@jahive.com and we'll fix or remove it the same day.

7. What we never do

  • We never take a commission or percentage of your sales.
  • We are never party to your transactions.
  • We never sell vendor contact information.
  • We never run ads on vendor pages.
  • We never publish invented prices, reviews, or descriptions.

8. Changes to this policy

If any of this changes, listed vendors get told by email before it takes effect — not after. Founding vendors' free-for-life status is not subject to change.
